摘要
目的研究超低温粉碎胎盘粉的质量控制方法。方法采用HPLC法,以主要效应成分尿苷为指标性成分,对超低温粉碎胎盘粉中的尿苷成分进行含量测定。结果样品测定结果显示,尿苷含量为0.046 2%。结论本实验采用的方法简便易行且稳定,为超低温粉碎胎盘粉的质量控制提供依据。
Objective To study the quality control methods of placenta.Methods The content of uridine was detected in low temperature grinding placenta by HPLC.Results The content of uridine in placenta was 0.046 2%.Conclusion The methods is simple and stable,and provide a basis for quality control of placenta.
