摘要
为了对普光高酸性气田实施有效的内腐蚀控制及监测,针对普光集输系统湿气混输工艺的特点,结合质量法、电阻法、线性极化法、FSM电子纹法等多种在线腐蚀监测技术,采用缓蚀剂预涂膜、连续加注、批处理等腐蚀控制工艺,辅以管道内腐蚀检测及化验分析技术,合理选择腐蚀监测点、缓蚀剂加注点及化验分析取样点,利用综合分析的方法,对普光气田地面集输系统实施了综合的内腐蚀监测及控制,建立起了完善的腐蚀监测及控制体系。该体系运行1年多来,已累计更换腐蚀挂片6次,进行了2次全管网的管道内腐蚀监测(智能清管)。实测数据显示:普光气田地面集输系统年腐蚀速率有效地控制在0.076 4mm/a以下,确保了集输系统的安全平稳运行。
This paper aims to implement effective measures for internal corrosion control and monitoring in the Puguang Gas Field with a high content of H2S.In view of the wet gas mixed transferring process of Puguang gathering system,different types of on-line corrosion monitoring technologies such as the metal loss,Electrical Resistance(ER) Probe,Linear Polarization Resistance(LPR) Probe,Field Signature Method(FSM),are adopted together with many corrosion control methods like corrosion inhibitor precoating,continuous injection,batch processing,etc.Meanwhile,the detection of inner pipes and chemical analysis are made accompanied by the proper selection of corrosion monitoring points,corrosion inhibitor injection points,and sampling points for chemical analysis.Thus,a complete system is set up for the internal corrosion monitoring and control in the Puguang gathering and transportation process.After more than one year of practice,corrosion coupons have been changed for 6 times;internal corrosion monitoring,the so-called intelligent pigging,has been done twice in the whole line network.The actual field data shows that the annual corrosion rate of the whole line system is successfully controlled to be less than 0.0764 nm,which guarantees the safe and steady operation of the Puguang gathering and transportation lines.
