摘要
饮食文化图式是一种的特殊文化图式,它的缺损与差异都会影响跨文化交际的成功,甚至引起交际中断;反过来,成功的跨文化交际又能发展饮食文化图式。在构建藏区涉外导游饮食文化图式的过程中,应当针对藏英饮食文化的特点,开展行之有效的文化教学,以期更好地弘扬和传播民族文化。
The Schema of Diet Culture （SDC） is a special schema, either the loss or difference of which has influence on the success of Cross - cultural Communication （ CCC）, even results in interrupts of CCC ; but in turn, the suc- cessful CCC can develop the SDC. So, in the process of building SDC in tour guides concerning foreign affairs from the Tibetan areas, the teachers to make Culture Teaching in FLT should adopt some effective measures, just like the oral ostensive method, audio - visual method, pragmatic method, and the combined method, in order to promote and spread the national culture.
