摘要
对沙棘葡萄酒进行了研制,并对其营养成分进行了检测。结果表明,沙棘葡萄酒是一种比较理想的功能性保健饮品。
In this paper, the brewing on buckthorn-grape wine and its nutrition analysis was conducted. The results showed that buckthorn-grape wine is an ideal functional beverage.
