摘要
目的探讨床旁纤维支气管镜引导下经鼻气管插管治疗COPD并发呼吸衰竭的临床应用价值。方法对35例COPD合并呼吸衰竭的患者采用床旁纤维支气管镜引导下经鼻气管插管建立人工气道,机械通气。结果 35例患者均为一次性插管成功,插管时间小于2分钟,无严重并发症发生。结论床旁纤维支气管镜引导下经鼻气管插管操作简单,安全,成功率高,并发症少。
Objective To observe the clinical application of nasal trachea cannula guided by bedside bronehofiberseope in rescuing COPD patients with respiratory failure. Methods The technique of nasal trachea cannula guided by bedside bronchofiberseope was used in 35 COPD patients with respiratory failure. Results Trachea cannula was succesful at first try in 35 COPD patients with respiratory failure, and trachea cannula time was less than two minutes without serious complications. Conclusion The technique of nasal trachea cannula guided by bronehofiberscope to construct artificial airway shows simple, safe, high success rate and less complications, and tolerated well, which deserves to be spreaded in clinical application.
