摘要
对舟山海域海底淤泥的成分、粒度等特性进行分析,采用海底淤泥对陶粒的烧结工艺开展实验研究。结果表明:纯舟山海泥的烧胀系数较小,原料中引入少量的掺合料进行配比,将能够提高原料的烧胀性能,制取出优质超轻的陶粒制品。在制取陶粒的工艺中,生料球的干燥温度为150℃为宜。预热温度也应当控制在400℃左右。比较合理的烧胀温度为1 150℃,烧胀时间控制在12~15 min,烧制出的陶粒的综合性能较佳。
The sea mud in Zhoushan seashore is used to produce ceramisite.The sinter processing is studied by experiment.The results show that with relatively low heat-expansion coefficient,the pure zhoushan sea mud mixed with certain amount of Nadmixture can lead to better heat-expansion performance and lighter ceramisite product.The proper drying temperature for raw ball is 150℃,preheating temperature is 400℃,sintering temperature is 1 150℃,respectively.The sintering time is expected to be 12~15 min,and it can promote the strength and other performance of sea mud ceramisite.
