摘要
利用UG／Mold Wizard技术以及相关模块，采用全参数化驱动对铝合金产品进行模具设计。针对铝合金模具与注塑模具相似的特点，研究了Mold WiZard在压铸模具中的应用，在三维CAD中实现快速准确分模，同时利用uG软件自身的特点，实现全参数化的自由编辑，达到铝合金高速压铸模具全三维化设计的目的。基于UG／Mold Wizard的模具设计，可大幅缩短模具设计周期，降低成本，增强企业竞争力。
The mold of the aluminum alloy product was designed by UG/Mold Wizard technology, the related module and the whole parameter driving. According to aluminum alloy die casting die and plastic mold similar characteristics, the application of Mold Wizard in die casting die was studied and the mold parting was realized in 3D CAD quickly and accurately, and the free edition of whole parameter and the full 3D design of the aluminum alloy die casting based on UG/Mold Wizard were realized by the characteristics of UG software. Based on UG/Mold Wizard mold design, the design cycle is shortened greatly, the cost is reduced, and the competitiveness of enterprises is enhanced.
