股骨头缺血性坏死保留股骨头治疗的新方法与选择 被引量：11

摘要 股骨头缺血性坏死（osteonecrosis of the femoralhead，ONFH）致残率很高，对患者本人、家庭及社会生产都带来了很大的负面影响。针对这一骨科医学难题，国内外学者就此做了大量的探索工作，但仍未完全解决。关节置换术作为一项成熟和经典的骨科治疗技术已经在髋关节疾病的治疗中取得了巨大的成功。但对于坏死体积在1／3～1／2的中青年ONFH患者是否适合人工关节置换呢？很多医师建议行关节置换手术，但远期效果并不理想^[1]。我们建议对于此类患者进行保头治疗，尽量延缓甚至避免关节置换治疗。
