摘要
目的:评价应用强脉冲光及Nd:YAG(1064nm)激光治疗皮肤血管瘤的临床效果。方法:回顾并随访2006年1月～2010年12月在笔者科室采用强脉冲光及Nd:YAG(1064nm)激光治疗的476例皮肤血管瘤患者,对其疗效进行分析。结果:随访2年,皮肤浅表血管瘤治愈率为88.4%,有效率为10.7%,深浅混合血管瘤联合药物注射治疗的治愈率为78.4%、有效率为17.6%,副作用轻微。结论:强脉冲光及Nd:YAG(1064nm)激光治疗皮肤血管瘤疗效好、治疗次数少、安全性高,值得推广。
Objective To evaluate the effects of IPL and Nd：YAG （1064nm） laser in the treatment of skin hemangioma. Methods 476 cases of peripheral skin hemangioma in our department treated by IPL and Nd：YAG （1064nm） laser from 2006.1 to 2010.12 were reviewed and followed up. Analysed its curative effect. Results All cases were followed up for 6-12 months. The healing rate of superficial skin hemangioma was 88.4% and the effective rate was 10.7%. Superficial mix with deep hemangioma treated combining with medicament local injection, Its healing rate was 78. 4 % and the effective rate was 17.6%. Side effect was slight. Conclusion IPL and Nd：YAG （1064nm） laser on skin hemangioma is a therapy with good effect, less cure time, high safety. It deserve to be popularized.
