构建现代化护理技能实训中心的探讨 被引量：1

摘要 随着我国医疗卫生体制的改革和《医疗事故处理条例》的实施，以及患者自我保护意识的增强，要求护理学专业的学生在进入临床实习之前，在学校内得到更高质量的临床思维能力和动手能力的培养。通过创设可反复使用的高仿真环境来加强护生动手能力的训练及临床思维能力的培养无疑是最为有效的方法。我校护理实训中心引进智能仿真模拟人ECS，模拟准临床环境，构建现代化护理技能培训中心，取得了一定的成效。笔者现就本校构建现代化护理技能实训中心的思路进行介绍。
