摘要
将固体废弃物应用于预拌砂浆符合环保、经济性和可持续发展的要求。讨论了废陶瓷再生粗砂与特细砂混合配成的再生混合砂用于配制预拌砂浆的可行性。基于正交试验,研究了陶瓷再生粗砂取代率、水胶比和粉煤灰取代率对预拌砂浆抗压强度的影响,通过层次分析法得出各因素各水平的影响权重和优选方案。
The usage of solid waste in mortar meets the requirements of the follow aspects:environmental protection,economy and sustainable development.It illustrates feasibility adulterating recycled ceramic sand into super-fine sand to allocating ready mixed mortar.Based on orthogonal trial,the factors influencing the compressive strength of the ready mixed mortar,such as the recycled aggregate replacement ratio,the water-binder ratio and the fly ash replacement ratio,were investigated.The effect weights of each influencing factor and the optimum design could be obtained by AHP method.
