摘要
目的研究影响手术室效率的常见原因,提出相应的改进策略。方法收集并分析某军区总医院手术室2009—2010年各个专科手术患者入手术室时间、麻醉开始时间、手术开始时间、各专科手术接台时间以及手术室日均利用能力等。结果大部分手术都在早上9:30以后开始,手术间隔时间较长,日均手术能力2.38例/台。结论手术开始时间与手术间隔时间是制约手术室效率的核心环节,可通过强制手术开始时间、设置麻醉准备间或麻醉恢复室等提高手术室的利用效率。
Objective To investigate the common causes influencing the working efficiency of the operation room and put forward its improved ways.Methods Data of operation patients in Wuhan general hospital during 2009~2010 were collected and analyzed.It contains the time of entering into operation room,the time of anesthesia starting,the time of operation starting,the interval time between operation and average daily utilization capacity of the operation room.Results Most operations were started after 9：30Am.The time of interval operations in operation room were relatively long.The average capacity is 2.38 operations in one room per day.Conclusion The factor of effecting the efficiency is corresponded with the time of operation starting and the interval time of operations.The efficiency of the operation room could be improved through forcing operation start time,setting up anesthesia preparing room or recovery room.
