摘要
分析了履带起重机回转闭式液压系统的组成及其工作原理,深入研究了其中电液比例泵的控制结构、工作原理及其特点。对回转闭式液压系统的主要元件进行了数学建模,在此基础上利用AMESim仿真软件建立系统仿真模型,通过试验验证了所建模型的合理性,对其进行仿真研究,得到了不同补油压力、控制斜坡和转动惯量对系统性能的影响,对起重机回转闭式液压系统的设计、调试及性能优化具有指导意义。
Closed hydraulic crawler crane slewing system composition and its working principle is analyzed,and control construction,working principle and its characteristic of electro-hydraulic proportional pump is studied in-depth.Furthermore,the mathematical modeling of main components of Rotary closed hydraulic system is built,based on that,the system simulation model is built by using AMESim,we tested the rationality of model we built through experiments and research,and obtained the effects of different auxiliary oil pressure,control slope and moment of inertia on system performance,setting an instruction of the crane slewing closed hydraulic system design,debugging and performance optimization.
