摘要
工作价值感缺失和压抑的工作环境使医疗纠纷主管人员的健康问题日益突出。由于他们每天面对情绪激动的纠纷患者或者家属,经常产生急躁、厌烦情绪,难以感受到工作的成就感。医疗纠纷主管人员通过参加医院组织的志愿者服务,直接服务于患者、在满足患者需求的同时,感受助人过程带来的愉悦和心灵慰籍,可以有效化解郁闷、厌烦等不良心境、对做好纠纷调解处理工作和缓解压力具有实际帮助。是缓解压力、调整心态的有效方法,值得同仁体验和推广。
Deficiency of work value and repressive work environment make health problems of medical tangle staffs prominent day by day.Due to they face emotional patients or their families with tangle daily which often occur irritable and boring emotion,hardly feeling sense of achievement about work.The medical tangle staffs directly serve patients by participating voluntary service in hospital.While satisfying patients' requirements,they feel the joy and spirit comfort through helping people that can effectively reduce gloomy and boring and help for dealing well with tangle handing work and pressure relief,which is effective method to relieve pressure and adjust psychology being worth to experience and popularization.
