摘要
对FCC汽油中硫化物和烯烃进行催化烷基化反应,并通过精馏将其富集在重馏分中。在小型试验考察反应条件的基础上,在催化精馏塔中对FCC汽油催化精馏烷基化硫转移工艺进行考察。结果表明,采用树脂催化剂,常压、连续操作,适宜的进料方式为下进料方式,回流质量比为2.0,此时反应段温度为96~117℃。2 016h连续运行试验结果表明,催化剂性能稳定,塔顶汽油硫质量分数在30~40gμ/g之间,硫转移率平均值为91.14%。
Sulfur containing compounds in FCC gasoline could be removed by alkylation with olefins and then enriched in the heavy fraction by distillation. Based on the reaction conditions obtained in labo ratory research, catalytic distillation process for alkylation desulfurization of FCC gasoline was investigated by using catalytic distillation tower. Test results showed that with resin catalyst, under atmospheric pressure,bottom feeding mode, reflux mass ratio of 2.0, reaction temperature in the range of 96-- 117℃C ,test results of 2 016 h continuous operation showed that the sulfur content of gasoline at the top of the tower was in the range of 30 40 μg/g with an average desulfurization rate of 91.14%,the performance of the catalyst was stable.
