蒽醌法生产过氧化氢工作液溶剂中重芳烃含量的分析方法研究 被引量:5

摘要 以蒸馏法提取工作液中的重芳烃为标准物,与磷酸三辛酯、2-乙基蒽醌(EAQ)和四氢2-乙基蒽醌(H4EAQ)等制备标准溶液,采用色谱法(外标法)分析得到工作溶剂含量的标准曲线。该法对于重芳烃测试在580.0~800.0mL/L范围内线性关系良好(R=0.9979),相对标准偏差〈2%,实验的回收率为94%~97%。建立了测定葸醌法生产过氧化氢工作液溶剂中重芳烃含量的标准比较法,该方法快速、简便、准确,准确度能达到工艺测定的要求,适用于生产控制分析。 The standard solution was prepared by using the heavy arene extracted from the working solution by distillation method as the standard substance with trioctyl phosphate, 2-ethyl anthraquinone(EAQ) and tetrahydro 2-ethyl anthraquinofie(H4EAQ), etc. The standard curve of working solvent content was obtained by using chromatographic method(external standard method). The method has a good linear relation (R=0.997 9) for determing heavy arene at the range of 580.0-800.0 mL/L, relative standard deviation ~2%, the test recovery ratio is 94%-97%. The standard contrast method to determine the heavy arene content in solvent of working solution for hydrogen peroxide production by anthraquinone method was founded. This method is rapid, simple and accurate, and its accuracy can meet the requirement of the process determination, is suitable for the production controlling analysis.
