物联网时代人才需求的大环境,是以知识平台为中心的知识创新与创新知识应用的彻底分离,小环境是多强势学科的交叉融合与后硬件时代的到来。大环境影响导致社会人才结构的山寨化特征;小环境影响突出了物联网人才的多学科复合型人才需求,以及后硬件时代普遍的软件人才需求。
The environment of talent needs in the era of IOT is the separation of knowledge innovation and innovation application centered on knowledge platform, and the arrival of multi-discipline integration and post-hardware age. The former phenomenon causes talents emerging outside schools or training facilities, and the latter highlights the need for multidisciplinary IOT talents as well as general talents.
