摘要
古埃及文明是人类历史上一块独具魅力的瑰宝,为人类社会的发展翻开了绚丽的篇章。然而在古埃及留给后世的文物宝藏中,《亡灵书》最能体现其时代、制度特征,它所真实再现的司法审判以及人、神结合的理念为当时的奴隶统治提供了重要依据。另外,《亡灵书》的价值还远不止此,在法律、文化、社会、宗教等方面它都具有特殊的意义,也为我们研究古埃及社会和法律提供了帮助,体现了极高的法文化价值。
As a treasure in human history,ancient Egyptian civilization contributed a lot to the social development of the world.Among the valuable relics,A Book of the Dead can best reflect the features of its era and systems,for the reflected judicial trials and the ideas of man-God interaction provided an important basis for the slavery system.Far more than this value,the Book is significant in terms of the legal,cultural,social and religious aspects,providing useful reference resources to the study of the society and laws in ancient Egypt.
