摘要
目的论述医院文化建设的重要性。方法根据军队医院的特点并结合医院自身实际,理论循证与实践分析相结合。结果提出了建立理念识别系统,形成积极健康的群体意识;构建行为识别系统,营造规范有序的诊疗环境;筑就视觉识别系统,打造鲜明的医院形象。结论军队医院文化建设是提高医院核心竞争力的重要手段,对医院的发展前景起着重要作用。
Objective To discuss the importance of the hospital culture construction. Methods According to the characteristics of the military hospitals and their reality,evidence-based theory and practical analysis were utilized. Results Establishment of mind identity system was presented,and a positive and health group consciousness was formed;behaviour identity system was built,and a standardized and orderly treatment environment was created;visual identity system was built,and a vivid image of the hospital was constructed. Conclusion Culture construction of military hospitals is a crucial mean to enhance the core competitiveness and plays an important role in the developmental prospect of the hospital.
