摘要 目的探讨高频超声在急性闭合性跟腱断裂中的应用价值。方法用高频超声对27例急性闭合性跟腱断裂患者的患侧及健侧跟腱进行纵向、横向扫查和动态探测,分析声像图特征并与手术结果对照。结果 27例患者中,24例患者超声诊断为跟腱完全断裂,声像图可见患侧跟腱回声连续性中断,断端间可见低回声区或无回声区;3例患者超声诊断跟腱部分断裂,声像图可见患侧跟腱部分纤维中断。术中所见损伤部位和损伤程度与超声诊断相符。结论高频超声能清晰显示跟腱的结构变化,对临床具有重要的应用价值。 Objective To evaluate the application value of high frequency ultrasound in the acute closed achilles tendon rupture. Methods High frequency ultrasound was used to get images of the achilles tendon in sagittal plane and transverseplane, and dynamic imaging on both the affected and contralateral side from 27 patients with acute closed achilles tendon rupture, and then their ultrasonogram charachteristics were analyzed, which were com- pared with operation. Results In the 27 patients, 24 patients were diagnosed as complete achilles tendon rupture through ultrasound, and ultrasonogram displayed that tendon fiber of the affected achilles tendon side was complete disruption, anechoic area or hypoechoic area was found between torn tendon ends; 3 patients were diagnosed partial achilles tendon through ultrasound, and ultrasonogram displayed that the tendon fiber of the affected achilles tendon side was partial disruption. The operation has the same result as that of ultrasound in the degree and position. Conclusion High frequency Ultrasound can show the change in stucture of the achilles tendon clearly, which is of great application value to clinic.
