摘要
针对硼铸铁车用柴油机气缸套磨损严重现象,在考虑车用柴油机气缸套工况的基础上,在其基材上电镀Ni-Co-P-MoS2镀层并进行耐磨对比试验,以Ni-Co-P-MoS2镀层磨损量为基础,采用函数链神经网络建立车用柴油机气缸套Ni-Co-P-MoS2镀层寿命智能预测模型。研究结果表明:在相同条件下,车用柴油机气缸套Ni-Co-P-MoS2镀层能在很大程度上提高车用柴油机气缸套的使用寿命;车用柴油机气缸套Ni-Co-P-MoS2镀层的预测剩余寿命比较接近车用柴油机气缸套Ni-Co-P-MoS2镀层的实际寿命。
To solve the serious abrasion problem for diesel engine cylinder liner in the vehicle made of boron cast iron and the case of diesel engine cylinder liner in the vehicle,inside surface of diesel engine cylinder liner was electroplated with the material of Ni-Co-P-MoS2,and a contrasting examination about the abrasion of two diesel engine cylinder liners in the vehicle was carried out and an intelligent forecasting model on Ni-Co-P-MoS2 coatings abrasion of diesel engine cylinder liner in the vehicle was established by using functional link neural network based on the examination data.The results show that Ni-Co-P-MoS2 coatings about inside surface of diesel engine cylinder liner in the vehicle can enhance its service life to a great degree,and its residual life matches well the real residual life of the Ni-Co-P-MoS2 coatings of diesel engine cylinder liner in the vehicle.
