摘要
目的:观察评价王琦教授治疗变应性鼻炎经验用方脱敏止嚏汤的临床疗效和安全性。方法:本研究采用病例系列研究方法,变应性鼻炎的诊断标准和疗效评价标准采用中华医学会耳鼻咽喉科分会2004年兰州会议上制定的标准。结果:共纳入52例成年人变应性鼻炎的病例,患者服用脱敏止嚏汤4、6、8周的显效率分别为57.69%、59.45%、63.33%,总有效率分别为88.46%、89.18%、90.00%。3例患者服药后出现胃痛,去掉或减轻鹅不食草的用量、嘱咐患者饭后服药后胃痛消失。结论:脱敏止嚏汤治疗变应性鼻炎具有明显改善患者的症状、减少复发、不良反应少的优势,值得进一步深入研究。
Objectives： To observe the clinical effectiveness and safety of Prof.WANG Qi＇s experiences（Tuomin Zhiti Decoction）in treating allergic rhinitis.Methods： This study was a case series study.We applied the diagnosis standard distributed in Lan Zhou Congress 2004 by Branch of Hals,Nasen and Ohrenheilkunde,Chinese Medical Association（CMA） for diagnosis and effectiveness evaluation.Results： This study totally included 52 cases,after taking Tuomin Zhiti Decoction for 4 weeks,6 weeks,8 weeks,the obvious effective rate were 57.69%,59.45% and 63.33%,the effective rate were 88.46%,89.18% and 90.00%.3 patients had stomachache,but after reducing the quantity of Small Centipeda Herb,their stomachache had disappeared.Conclusion： Prof.WANG Qi＇s experiences（Tuomin Zhiti Decoction） in treating allergic rhinitis is effective.
