摘要
以La(NO3)3.6H2O为原料,甘油为燃烧剂,聚乙二醇做分散剂,调节反应物配比、pH值、煅烧温度、煅烧时间等条件,用低温燃烧法合成纳米La2O3。通过X射线衍射仪、透射电子显微镜和差热-热重分析仪对所得氧化镧粉体及凝胶进行表征。结果表明,在溶液pH=3、n(La(NO3)3.6H2O)∶n(甘油)=14∶15、煅烧温度在750℃、煅烧时间为1.5h条件下,可得到颗粒均匀,粒径平均为35nm的氧化镧粉体。
La2O3 was prepared by a low temperature combustion method using glycerol as precipiant, polyethylene glycol as dispersant and La(NO3)3 · 6H2O as raw materials. The ratios of reactants, pH, calcination temperature, calcination time were studied. La2O3 and its gel were characterized by XRD, TEM and TG-DTA. Under the following optimized conditions of pH = 3, molar ratio of La(NO3)3 : 6H2O: glycerol of 1: 1. 07, calcination temperature 750 ℃, calcination time 1. 5 h, nano-sized La2O3 powders with uniform grain sizes of 35 nm could be obtained.
