摘要 详细说明了重力场流分离微流道的制作工艺过程,给出了相关的工艺参数;应用激光CCD对所试制的重力场流分离微流道进行了非接触测量,对所测数据进行了数据处理,并做出了总结分析和讨论。 The manufacture process and the technical parameters of the Gravitational Field Flow Fractionation Micro channel are illuminated in this paper.Noncontact measurement of the Micro channel has been made by the CCD.The detected data are analyzed.
