摘要
目的基于新医改背景调查杭州市公立医院患者的满意度,为医院医疗服务质量改进提供参考。方法随机对200名在杭州市四所公立医院就诊的患者进行问卷调查,应用描述性统计与回归分析对数据进行处理。结果患者对医院总体满意度评分为3.68分,影响患者满意的主要因素是医护人员的专业技能和医疗费用。结论随着新医改的实施推进,患者对医院总体满意度评价尚可,但仍存较大提升空间。
The purpose of authors in writing this article is to investigate patients' satisfaction degree with public hospi- tals in Hangzhou under the background of new medical reform and provide reference for the improvement of medical serv- ice quality in hospitals. They made questionnaire survey on 200 patients randomly selected from 4 public hospitals in Hang- zhou and analyzed the data with descriptive statistics and regression analysis. The score of the general satisfaction degree of the patients is 3.68. The main factors affecting the patients' general satisfaction degree with hospitals are the professional skills of medical workers and medical costs. With the implementation and progress of new medical reform, the patients' general satisfaction degree with hospitals is fine, which shows the ~reat soace in imorovement.
