摘要
从社会理论的角度来审视,教育改革的成功取决于三个基本条件:一是促进所有学生的发展,这是教育改革道德正当性的来源;二是对积极支持并参与教育改革者予以合理的利益回报,这是教育改革社会合法性的前提;三是采取民主的推进方式,这是教育改革过程有效性的保证。
The success of educational reform lies in the three foundations as follows ： first, educational reform should be beneficial to promoting the development of all the students, which is the source of the justification for morality of educational reform; second, educational reform should give the reasonable profit returns to the people who are actively support and participate in the reform, which is the premise of the social legality of educational reform; third, educational reform should be carried out with democratic pattern, which is the guarantee of the effectiveness of educational reform process.
