摘要
城市创新环境的影响因素很多,通过对创新环境影响因素的深入分析,将城市创新环境分为政策法律环境、创新基础环境、人文环境和创新服务环境四个子系统。在此基础上构建了城市创新环境的评价指标体系和基于层次分析法的城市创新环境的综合评价模型,并研究了如何应用该模型来进行创新环境的综合评价。
Urban innovation environment is subject to the influence of a number of factors. After analyzing deeply factors impacting urban innovation environment, the paper raises the viewpoint that innovation environment consists of four parts： policy and legislation environment, basic environment, humanities environment and service environment. On this basis, the thesis constructs an evaluation system of urban innovation environment, and puts forward an evaluation model of comprehensive evaluation of urban innovation environment based on AHP. This thesis also studies how the model can be used to comprehensively evaluate urban innovation environment.
