摘要
目的:分析本院门诊药房药物咨询情况,提升门诊药房药学服务水平。方法:对本院门诊药物咨询窗口2011年1~6月的352例药物咨询记录进行回顾性分析。结果:咨询者以患者及其家属居多,占73.58%;咨询的药物类型主要有抗感染类药物,占23.58%,消化系统类药物,占19.89%及心脑血管类药物,占13.64%;咨询的内容广泛,以用法、用量、药物的基本信息及特殊人群用药为主;咨询途径主要为窗口咨询。结论:开展药物咨询服务,促进合理用药,提高药学服务水平。
Objective: To analyse the drug consultation in outpatient department in our hospital so as to enhance the level of pharmaceutical care. Methods: Retrospective analyzed of 352 records of drug consultation cases in outpatient pharmacy of our hospital during the period from January to June 2011. Results: The consultants to the patient and family was in the majority, accounted for 73.58%; Consulting drugs types had mainly anti-infection drugs, accounted for 23.58%, the digestive system drugs, accounted for 19.89% and cardiovascular drugs, accounted for 13.64%; The content of the consulting widely, usage and dosage, the basic information of the drug and special groups drug Lord; Main approaches to window consulting for consultation. Conclusion: Developing drugs advisory services, and promote the rational use of drugs, can improve the service level of the pharmacy
