摘要
目的:研究消癌平注射液中有机酸成分。方法:利用LC-MS分析消癌平注射液中有机酸类成分,并通过HPLC与对照品比对验证,用面积归一化法确定各成分的相对含量。结果:共鉴定了13个化合物,共占有机酸总量的50.33%,主要分析了新绿原酸、绿原酸和隐绿原酸的质谱裂解规律。结论:有机酸主要成分为新绿原酸(7.62%)、绿原酸(10.56%)、隐绿原酸(4.64%)、对香豆酸(4.22%)等。
Objective:To analyze the chemical constituents of organic acids in Xiaoaiping injection.Method:The constituents of organic acids were separated by LC-MS,and then the contents was identified by HPLC.Result:Thirteen compounds was identified,representing 50.33% of the total organic acids.And the fragmentation behaviors of three organic acids were investigated.Conclusion:The principle chemical constituents of organic acids in xiaoaiping injecton are neochlorogenic acid(7.62%),chlorogenic acid(10.56%),cryptochlorogenic acid(4.62%) and p-coumaric acid(4.22%).
