摘要
目的探讨中医辨证治疗青年脑梗死临床疗效。方法运用随机数字表法将2009年9月～2011年7月在本院中医内科住院治疗的46例青年脑梗死患者分为对照组和中药辨证治疗组,4周后对所有患者进行临床疗效评价。结果经过为期4周的治疗,中医辨证治疗组患者的FMA评分及ADL评分明显高于对照组(t=-29.926,P<0.01;t=-4.835,P<0.01)。结论中医辨证治疗青年脑梗死能明显改善患者的神经功能缺损程度,减轻患者的残疾程度,提高其生活自理能力,值得在临床治疗中推广使用。
Objective To probe into the clinical effect of cerebral infarction by therapy with Chinese herbal medicine in young people. Methods Forty-six patients who were treated in the traditional medicine Department in our hospital from September 2009 to July 2011 were divided into control group and observation group, then we compared clinical evaluation after four weeks. Results The scores on FMA and ADL all had significant difference in the two groups after four weeks treatment（t=-29.926,P 〈 0.01 ;t=-4.835,P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Chinese herbal medicine can improve the patient＇s neuro- logic impairment, reduce the degree of disability and enhance its daily living in young people, it is worthy of applying for clinical.
