比较同一复方中用红芪与用黄芪对免疫抑制小鼠淋巴细胞和Th1/Th2型细胞因子的影响 被引量:12

摘要 目的比较研究红芪替换玉屏风口服液和复芪止汗颗粒中的黄芪后对免疫抑制小鼠淋巴细胞亚群和Th1/Th2型细胞因子的调节作用。方法通过给小鼠腹腔注射免疫抑制剂环磷酰胺致成免疫功能低下模型,以相同剂量的红芪替换玉屏风口服液和复芪止汗颗粒中的黄芪灌胃进行体内拮抗实验,测定胸腺指数、脾脏指数、淋巴细胞亚群、血清IL-4、IFN-γ的含量。结果含黄芪和含红芪的玉屏风和复芪止汗组均能拮抗被环磷酰胺抑制的小鼠胸腺指数、脾脏指数和CD19+、CD3+、CD4+和CD8+淋巴细胞百分比以及血清IL-4、IFN-γ的含量。其中含红芪的玉屏风组的部分作用优于含黄芪组。结论含黄芪和含红芪的玉屏风和复芪止汗组均能拮抗环磷酰胺诱导的脾脏中T、B淋巴细胞亚群的失衡,恢复T、B淋巴细胞亚群的正常比例,同时含红芪的玉屏风组更能使其向正常比值回归。 The aim of this study is to comparative study the effects of Radix Hedyseri and Radix Astragali alternative Yupingfeng and Fuqi Zhihan granules on leukomonocyte subgroup and Th1/Th2 cytokines type in immunosuppressive mice.First,immunosuppressive model of the mouse was induced by Cyclophosphamide through intraperitoneal injection.And the same dose of Radix Hedyseri and Radix Astragali alternative Yupingfeng and Fuqi Zhihan granules were intragastric administrated to mice for in vivo antagonistic experiments.Finally we determined the thymus gland index,spleen index,leukomonocyte subgroup and the content of IL-4 and IFN-γ of serum.Results showed that Yupingfeng and Fuqi Zhihan group of Radix Hedyseri or Radix Astragali both can antagonize immunosuppressive action caused by Cyclophosphamide;they both could significant raise thymus gland index and spleen index,and clearly increase CD19+,CD3+,CD4+ and CD8+ leukomonocyte percentage and the production of IL-4 and IFN-γ with different degree.And effect of Yupingfeng group of Radix Hedyseri more obvious.Thus we concluded that Yupingfeng and Fuqi Zhihan group of Radix Hedyseri or Radix Astragali both can antagonize disequilibrium of T,B leukomonocyte subgroup in spleen and recover to normal ratio.Furthermore,Yupingfeng group of Radix Hedyseri is more effective as compared with Radix Astragali.
