摘要
目的探讨部分液体通气技术治疗乳猪急性肺损伤后肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor,TNF-α)在组织和血浆中变化规律。方法油酸间断注射诱导乳猪急性肺损伤后随机分为部分液体通气组和常规机械通气组各6只。分别于模型建立前、肺损伤后每隔60min抽取血液标本并取左下肺组织检测血浆TNF-α水平。结果部分液体通气组血浆TNF-α(30.715±5.517)pg/mL较常规机械通气组(63.052±12.401)pg/mL降低(P<0.05),部分液体通气组组织中TNF-α(31.265±2.337)pg/mL较常规机械通气组(62.288±5.114)pg/mL降低(P<0.05)。结论部分液体通气治疗可明显减少乳猪血浆和组织中TNF-α的产生。
Objective To study the variation of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) concentration in tissue and plasma in piglet with acute lung injury treated with partial liquid ventilation.Methods Acute lung injury was induced by oleic acid in Chinese piglets.Twelve Chinese immature piglets were divided into conventional mechanical ventilation(MV) group and partial liquid ventilation(PLV) group,with 6 piglets in each group.Sample were collected every 60 minutes before and after lung injury to detect the concentration of TNF-α.At the end of experiment,lung tissue was collected for the analysis of tissue TNF-α.Results Plasma TNF-α concentration was(30.715±5.517) pg/mL in PLV group,significantly lower than that in MV group(63.052±12.401)pg/mL,(P0.05).Tissue TNF-α concentration was(31.265±2.337)pg/mL in PLV group,significantly lower than that in MV group(62.288±5.114)pg/mL(P0.05).Conclusion Partial liquid ventilation could reduce TNF-α levels both in plasma and tissue.
