卵巢囊肿蒂扭转误诊肠系膜肿物一例

摘要患者孙某，女，45岁，因“扪及右上腹部包块伴隐痛”于当地镇医院静点抗生素治疗，3天不见好转，遂于2010年8月27日来我院外科就诊。患者既往健康，孕2产1，人流1次，末次月经2010年8月10日。
