农村职业教育的价值取向:“离农”还是“为农”——基于历史变迁视角的考察 被引量:11

The Value Orientation of Rural Vocational Education:"Far Away from Countryside"or "Get Close to Countryside"——On the View of Historical Changes

摘要 遵循农村职业教育发展的历史事实,把农村职业教育的发展分为探索试办、曲折发展、恢复发展、综合改革、重点发展和面向农村等六个时期,通过大量的政策和事实的考证,新中国成立以来我国农村职业教育先后经历了"为农"、"为农"转向"离农"、"离农"和"为农"四个阶段或过程。出现短暂的"离农"也是为了长远的"为农",是一种矫枉过正。可以说,长期以来农村职业教育的办学是"为农"服务的。 Follow the historical facts of the rural vocational education development,the development of rural vocational education was divided into six periods which were called exploration,tortuous development,recover development,comprehensive reformation,focusing on development,and facing to the countryside.Based on abundant policy and factual research,our rural vocational education period underwent four periods successively which can were began with'get close to countryside ',then went to 'far away from countryside 'to 'get close to countryside' and then came to the period of 'get close to countryside',and finally came to 'get close to countryside'.The appearance of transitory 'far away from countryside' was aimed for long-term 'getting close to countryside';which was a kind of hypercorrection.That is to say the aim of long-term rural vocational education is for 'get close to countryside'.
