摘要
人才培养模式是人才培养层次与学科知识结构合理组合的结果。现行知识产权人才培养模式在人才层次和学科定位两方面均缺乏规定性,因而不具有范式意义。正确理解知识产权人才的复合型特点,准确把握知识产权的法学与管理学"二元学科"定位,将知识产权人才初、中、高三个层次与理工科、法学、管理学三大学科领域进行有机组合,是优化知识产权人才培养模式的基本方式。
Personnel training pattern is a result of the gradation of personnel training in proper combination with knowledge structure. In the discipline of IP, however,it proves that present mode of personnel training lacks regulation in the both aspects, thus not functioning as paradigm. Faced with this problem, we should well understand the essences of compound talents of IP, accurately grasp the duality of IP consisting of jurisprudence and management, and organically assemble the 3 stages of talents-- primary,middle,high--with three major knowledge realms of engineering, law and management. This is the basic approach of the optimization upon the training pattern of IP personnel.
