摘要
执业药师要发挥对患者合理用药的指导职能,对心血管患者做好常规用药指导的同时,还有根据药物性质、患者自身状况进行特殊指导,主要针对服用阿司匹林、硝酸酯类、他汀类、β受体阻滞剂、钙离子拮抗剂、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂(ACEI)和血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂(ARB)、利尿药患者的指导,帮助患者合理用药,降低风险,最大程度发挥药物作用。
Pharmacist should play a role in the guiding of medication of patients by giving advice on the use of conventional drugs and according to the nature of drugs and the health conditions of the patients.This article aims to give advice on the use of Aspirin,nitrates,statins,β blockers,calcium antagonists,angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor（ACEI）,angiotensin Ⅱ receptor antagonist（ARB） and diuretics to help use drugs rationally to reduce risk and maximize drug effect.
