摘要
利用建立的南京市河网区水量水质模型以及长江南京段非稳态水量水质模型,对南京市水(环境)功能区进行分析。在存在点源排污口的水(环境)功能区附近设置排污混合区,在上游水质差的功能区与下游水质好的功能区衔接处设置过渡带,并分别计算排污混合区和过渡带的长度。按照功能区调整原则和排污混合区、过渡带的计算结果,提出南京市水(环境)功能区调整方案。
The water environmental function zone in Nanjing City was analyzed using the established water quantity and quality model for the river network in Nanjing City and the unsteady water quantity and quality model for the Nanjing section of the Yangtze River. A sewage discharge mixing zone was set up near the water environmental function zone where point source sewage outlets were located. The transition zone was set up at the joint of the water environmental function zone upstream with poor-quality water and the water environmental function zone downstream with high-quality water. Then, the lengths of the sewage discharge mixing zone and transition zone were calculated. Finally, according to the principle for adjustment of function zoning and the calculated results for the sewage discharge mixing zone and transition zone, the adjustment scheme for water enviromnental function zoning in Nanjing City is proposed.
