摘要
介绍了汽轮机组凝汽器真空形成的原理,结合实际调试、试验经验从胶球清洗系统、循环冷却水系统、凝汽器端差变化等方面对造成汽轮机组凝汽器真空度下降的原因进行分析,提出了解决凝汽器真空度下降的主要方法和预防措施。
The paper introduces formation principle of condenser vacuum and analyzes causes for decrease of vacuum degree in respects of rubber ball cleaning system, recirculating cooling water system, change of terminal temperature difference in combination with practical commissioning, test experience. It brings forward major solutions to increase of condenser vacuum and the preventions.
