摘要
采用非线性动态响应分析方法,对船舶双层舷侧结构的碰撞损伤过程进行了研究。研究中,结构材料采用线性强化弹塑性模型并计入了应变速率引起的材料强化,考虑了碰撞面的接触与摩擦。通过一个典型算例,考察了某集装箱船双层舷侧结构在刚性体碰撞下的变形和破裂过程,探讨了双层舷侧结构各个组件的吸能特性和损伤特点,所得的结果可以描述双层舷侧结构碰撞的一般现象,为结构耐撞设计提供参考。非线性动态计算用 MSC/DYTRAN程序完成。
A Study on damage behavior of double-skinned side structure during collision was carried out using nonlinear dynamic numarical simulation. The bilinear elastic-plastic material with strain-rate sensitivity was employed in analysis. The contact and friction between collision surfaces are taken into account. As a typical example,the procedure of deformation and rupture of a side structure for a container ship struck by a rigid body has been observed. The characteristics of damage and energy absorption of the side structure are investigated. It is generally useful for the crashworthiness optimization design for double-skinned side structure. The numerical simulation were performed by code MSC/DYTRAN.
