免疫性血小板减少症患者血小板生发研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 免疫性血小板减少症（immune thrombocytopenia,ITP）是一类以血小板减少和皮肤黏膜出血为主要特点、排除任何其他可能引起血小板减少原因的自身免疫性疾病[1]。成人ITP的年发病率约为3.3/10万,儿童ITP的年发病率约为1.9/10万～6．4／10万，许多不需要药物治疗可自发缓解。
