摘要
研究了不同种类缓蚀、阻垢药剂对焦化废水深度处理后出水的缓蚀阻垢效果,并对缓蚀、阻垢药剂进行了复配实验。结果表明:选用浓度为4mg/L的HEDP作为缓蚀剂,浓度为5mg/L的HB-901为阻垢剂,复配后进行焦化废水深度处理后的缓蚀、阻垢,腐蚀率为0.0291mm/年,低于《工业循环冷却水处理设计规范》(GB50050-95)中0.125mm/年的要求,可满足回用于循环冷却水补水系统中的水质要求。
This paper studies the effects of the different kinds of corrosion and scale inhibitor on coking wastewater which has been deeply treated, and carries out the pharmaceutical compound experiment.The results show that when HEDP with the concentration of 4mg/L was used as a corrosion inhibitor and HB-901 with the concentration of 5mg/L as scale inhibitor, corrosion rate of coking wastewater which had been deeply treated was 0.0291mm/a, which is much lower than 0.125 mm/a that is the limit of allowed corrosion rate specified in' code for design of industrial recirculating cooling water treatment '(GB50050-95) , so it can meet the water quality requirements of makeup water for circulatory cooling water system.
