摘要
试验探讨了从滑子菇中提取核糖核酸的工艺研究,通过单因素试验,确定了盐法提取滑子菇核糖核酸的参数,通过正交试验获得了最佳提取工艺,结果为提取温度为100℃,NaCl的浓度为12%,提取时间为3h。最佳工艺条件下,提取率约为3.75%。
The experiment was designed to study the technical condition of RNA extraction from Pholiota nameko. The optimal parameters of RNA extraction from Pholiota nameko by salt method were obtained through single factor experiment. The optimum extraction technology was obtained by orthogonal experiments as follows: extraction temperature 100℃, NaC1 concentration 12% and extraction time 3h. Under these conditions, the extraction ratio was 3.75%.
