摘要
在世界经济日趋全球化的形势下,中国要保持高速可持续发展,必须依靠产业转型、升级和创新,这对我国工程创新人才在数量和质量上提出了新的、更高的要求。天津大学在借鉴国外工程专业认证机构的标准并广泛听取各界意见的基础上,拟定卓越工程创新人才培养目标,并根据培养目标细化培养标准,深化与企业的产学研合作,共同构建卓越工程创新人才培养体系。本文介绍了天津大学卓越工程创新人才培养目标、培养标准和正在实施的教学改革计划以及如何通过产学研合作来实现某些培养标准,并为继续推动产学研合作培养卓越工程创新人才提出几点思考和建议。
Within the context of economic globalization, to maintain rapid and sustainable development, China has to rely on industrial transformation, upgrading and innovation. This has set new and higher requirements for both the quantity and quality of engineering innovative talents in China. On the basis of foreign engineering program aecreditation criteria and the views of industrial community, Tianjin University （TU） has developed the educational objectives and staxl.clards for excellent engineering in- novative talents, and will deepen the cooperation with companies to construct excellent engineering in- novative talents training system. This paper presents TU^s educational objectives, standards, and on- going educational reforms, as well as how to fulfill these standards through the Cooperation between industries, universities and research institutes, and, finally, gives some suggestions and recommendations to further the cooperation and education.
