摘要
创新型人才有其独特的素质。在创新型人才培养过程中,需要建立对创新人才应具备素质的科学认识,了解创新型人才素质生成转化机制,把握将潜在的素质转为现实素质的发展途径。本文在分析创新型人才基本素质构成的基础上,探讨了素质转换的实现路径,提出了创新型人才素质的三阶段多维度生成机制模型,指出创新型人才培养需要注意的现实问题。
The quality of innovative talents is unique. In the process of cultivating innovative talents, it is necessary to scientifically recognize the quality that innovative talents should possess, to understand the mechanism of its generation and transformation, and to explore the approaches of realizing the potential quality. On the basis of analyzing innovative talents＇ basic quality, this paper discusses the realization paths of quality transformation, and proposes a three-stage multi-dimensional generation model of innovative talents＇ quality. Finally, it makes some reflections On the cultivation of innovative talents.
