摘要
壳聚糖作为一种来源广泛、无毒性、无刺激性、良好生物相容性、生物可降解性的生物基质,已在各个领域得到广泛研究。利用壳聚糖的物理、化学性质进行改性制备敏感性凝胶,已成为近年来的前沿研究课题之一。综述了近几年壳聚糖基敏感性凝胶在磁场敏感性、pH敏感性、电场敏感性、温度敏感性、多重敏感性及其他敏感性领域的研究进展。
Chitosan has been widely studied as a natural biomaterial since its properties such as nontoxic, no- nirritant, good biocompatibility, biodegradability and wide source. Modifying the physical and chemical properties of chitosan to prepare sensitivity gel is one of the frontier research topics in recent years. The recent research progress in chitosan-hased sensitivity gel on magnetic sensitivity, pH sensitivity, electric field sensitivity, temperature sensitivity, multiple sensitivity and other sensitivities is reviewed.
