摘要
目的:观察中药"柴胡桂枝干姜汤"对甲状腺功能减退(简称甲减)患者的治疗效果,探索中药防治甲减新思路。方法:观察甲减患者应用"柴胡桂枝干姜汤"治疗前后的临床表现和甲状腺功能改变并评估疗效。结果:患者在服用"柴胡桂枝干姜汤"治疗后,临床症状明显改善,甲状腺功能治疗前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:"柴胡桂枝干姜汤"对甲减治疗有效,说明部分甲减患者病机属于"柴胡桂枝干姜汤"所主病机,丰富了中医对甲减的认识。
Objective： The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of Chaihu guizhi ganjiang decoction on patients with hypothyroidism and to assess hypothyroidism using traditional Chinese medicine. Methods： Observe the clinical manifestations and the change of thyroid functions on patients with hypothyroidism before and after the treatment of Chaihu guizhi ganjiang decoction,and then assess the effect of the decoction. Result： Clinical symptoms of patients with hypothyroidism are improved significantly after the treatment of Chaihu guizhi ganjiang decoction; and there is significant difference between the thyroid functions before and after the treatment （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The treatment of hypothyroidism by use of Chaihu guizhi ganjiang decoction is effective, which indicates that pathogenesis of some patients with hypothyroidism is mainly based on which Chaihu guizhi ganjiang decoction is used in traditional Chinese medicine theory, thereby enriching knowledge of hypothyroidism in traditional Chinese medicine.
