摘要
高等教育特色发展,不仅是对高校办学经验的理性延伸,更是对高校未来发展的远景前瞻;不仅能够反映高校办学的价值取向,更能对办学主体和学生行为有潜移默化的影响;不仅能够支配高校内部各种资源的配置,还能吸引优质教育资源流向最能体现高校特色发展的领域和项目。高校如何科学定位、特色发展,高等教育体系如何优化结构、协调发展,是目前并未很好解决的重大问题。
Characteristics development of higher education is not only the rational extension of university experience, but also the forward-looking vision for the future development of colleges and universities. It not only reflects the value orienta- tion of higher education, but also has a subtle influence on the main bedys of universities and students behavior. It domi- nates the various resource allocation in universities, and attracts high-quality educational resources to the fields and projects which best reflect the characteristics development of colleges and universities. The scientific orientation, characteristics de- velopment, structure optimization of higher education systems and coordinated development of universities are major prob- lems which wait to be solved.
