摘要
采用2008年的统计数据,运用因子分析和聚类分析法,分别对西部12个省市的农业技术创新能力进行了实证研究,结果表明西部除四川省和陕西省外的各省份的农业技术创新能力均不足,且区域差距很大;西部区域农业技术创新能力呈现出不均衡的状态,且差距较大;西部区域农业技术创新能力与区域经济发展水平密切相关。因此,西部应增强区域经济总体实力,优化经济结构,发展特色产业,加强人力资本投资,加大科研经费投入,提高科研服务水平,以全面提升西部地区农业技术创新能力的整体水平。
Using the statistical data of 2008,an empirical research is done on regional agricultural technological innovative ability of western China by using factor analysis and cluster analysis.The results show that regional agricultural technological innovative ability of western region is insufficient except Sichuan and Shaanxi provinces,and has a long way to go.Regional agricultural technological innovative ability of western region is in an unbalanced situation and some difference.Regional agricultural technological innovative ability of western region is closely related to regional economic development level.Therefore,western region should enhance regional economic strength,optimize economic structure,develop specialty industries,strengthen human capital investment,increase research funding,and upgrade scientific research service level so as to advance regional agricultural technological innovative ability.
