摘要
旅游投资环境是旅游投资的关键因素,直接影响我国旅游业的快速和可持续发展。本文构建了包含经济环境、区位条件、政治环境、产业发展和社会环境等5个方面共27个指标的旅游投资环境评价指标体系,运用因子分析法对我国31个省、市和自治区的旅游投资环境进行了定量分析、综合评价与排序,在旅游投资环境评价的基础上,结合旅游投资现状进行了我国各地区旅游投资的空缺分析。本文可以为投资者选择投资区域以及受资区域改善旅游投资环境的科学决策提供理论依据。
The investment environment of tourism is one of the key points of the tourism investment and has important influences on the development of the tourism industry in China.In this paper,the investment environment of the tourism of 31 different provinces are evaluated and analyzed by means of the factor analysis method with our established evaluation system including 27 evaluation indexes in five aspects of economical environment,regional location,political environment,tourism status and social environment.Furthermore,based on the assessment of investment environment,the GAP analysis on the tourism is presented.It seems that the research can serve as guidance and reference for both considering investment and improving investment environment.
