摘要
我国规范允许的木结构建筑层数不超过3层;而在欧洲和北美,多层木结构建筑的建造技术和火灾安全设计较为成熟,6～9层的多层木结构建筑已有不少的应用实例。对国内外多层木结构建筑的防火规范要求进行对比调研,整理分析国内外多层木结构建筑的应用案例,为了解各国多层木结构建筑的火灾安全性能和实际应用状况提供参考资料和佐证。
In China, timber structure buildings are limited to be constructed with no more than 3 stories according to building codes. However, in some countries in Europe and North Amer- ica, timber structure buildings can be built up to 6 - 9 stories with sophisticated and advanced construction technologies and fire safety design concepts available. National fire regulations in relation to the use of wood in China and other countries are compared and the differences are discussed in this paper. Case studies are presented to understand the current application-of multi-storey timber buildings in China and abroad. This paper provides information and reference materials for the fire safety performance of multi-storey timber structures and their actual aDt）lication examples in the world.
